All FUNDA Staff have an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS.
You are more than welcome to drop off and collect your child within your booked time frame, however please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility for any children before the set start time of your camp and children must be collected by the selected finish time.
We always staff according to the amount of attendees booked on to camps. Therefore we will always have space providing booking is completed a day in advance.
All children attending camp must apply sun cream before attending. They can bring their sun cream with them which must have their name clearly wrote on the bottle.
Coaches will remind children to apply sun cream and direct them during hotter days.
You will have received an e-mail receipt upon booking with our OFSTED registration number, dates attended and amount paid.

Our staff will contact you via the phone directly should there be any issues. All our staff work in primary education and are extremely experienced when working with groups of children, so instances where parents must be contacted are very rare.
Children must be 4 years of age and attending reception class in Primary School to attend holiday camps. The maximum age for the holiday camps is 12 years of age.
Your child will be doing lots of activities that engage every child. We ensure that every child is engaged by delivering physical activity, rather than just sport all day every day that doesn't engage every child. We also have big inflatables/daily rewards/theme days and so much more to engage every child.
Upon booking you will receive an invitation to download the Kinderlime app; this is the secure signing in an out system used by FUNDA. You are able to message us directly within this app. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to contact head office on 01282 686 670.
It is important your child is collected on time every day from camp.
FUNDA are OFSTED registered and therefore fully meet the expected criteria around staff to child ratio. We always staff above and beyond the required level in case of additional bookings which are reviewed every day.
Children on camp MUST be completely and fully able to complete tasks such as going to the toilet without assistance as our coaches will not be able to help for safeguarding reasons.
FUNDA cannot offer one-one support, and reserve the right to cancel the booking, without refund if we believe children have been booked under false pretences.
In order to ensure we remain completely inclusive and accessible for all, we are able to consider children requiring one to one care, if said care is provided by the child’s regular carer, providing DBS checks are in place.
This must be approved by FUNDA Head Office to ensure relevant checks have been completed.
